Haynes launch the Mercedes-Benz A-Class
Owners Workshop Manual
Introduced in 1997, the original A-Class was a ground breaking package, boasting
new technology, newly developed transmissions and a wide range of petrol and
diesel engines. It was the first front wheel drive ‘baby’ model from Mercedes-Benz
and proved an instant success, selling over one million units worldwide in its first 7
years of production (over 88,000 in the UK alone).
Initially it gained some notoriety when it rolled over during the Swedish “Moose test”
(a manoeuvre where the driver swerves violently as if avoiding a moose) but
Mercedes-Benz turned the situation to their advantage by halting sales, recalling all
the cars sold and installing an electronic stability control system which fixed the
problem.

If a Fault develops with the Transmission, the "N" Lamp will flash.
Flashes at 2Hz, (2 Flashes/Second) indicate that the Transmission has overheated.
Flashes at 1Hz, (1 Flash/Second) indicate that a Fault Code is in Memory.

Download Mitsubishi CNC Ethernet Driver Help
Device Setup Supported Devices
C64 CNC Controller
Communication Protocol
Ethernet: Winsock V1.1 or higher.
TCP/IP
Supported Communication Parameters
Binary Format only.
Model
Mitsubishi C64 with AJ71QE71 compatible Ethernet module.
Device ID
Device IDs are specified as YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY where YYY designates the device IP address. Each YYY byte should
be in the range of 0 to 255.
32-Bit Data-First Word Low
Two consecutive registers addresses in a Mitsubishi device are used for 32 bit data types. Specify whether the
driver should assume the first word is the low or the high word of the 32-bit value. The default is first word low.
Connection Timeout
This parameter specifies the time that the driver will wait for a connection to be made with a device. Depending
on network load the connect time may vary with each connection attempt. The default setting is 3 seconds. The
valid range is 1 to 60 seconds.
Request Timeout
This parameter specifies the time that the driver will wait on a response from the device before giving up and
going on to the next request. Longer timeouts only affect performance if a device is not responding. The default
setting is 1000 milliseconds. The valid range is 50 to 30000 milliseconds.
Retry Attempts
This parameter specifies the number of times the driver will retry a message before giving up and going on to the
next message. The default setting is 3 retries. The valid range is 1 to 10.
