Overview

The Mitsubishi CNC Ethernet Device Driver was designed specifically for use with 32 bit OPC server products running on
Intel microprocessor based computers. For operating system (OS) requirements, please refer to the OPC server help
documentation.

Mitsubishi C64 with AJ71QE71 compatible Ethernet module

Device ID

Device IDs are specified as YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY where YYY designates the device IP address. Each YYY byte should be in
the range of 0 to 255.

32-Bit Data-First Word Low

Two consecutive registers addresses in a Mitsubishi device are used for 32 bit data types. Specify whether the driver
should assume the first word is the low or the high word of the 32-bit value. The default is first word low.

Connection Timeout

This parameter specifies the time that the driver will wait for a connection to be made with a device. Depending on
network load the connect time may vary with each connection attempt. The default setting is 3 seconds. The valid
range is 1 to 60 seconds.

1 Disconnect the negative battery ter-
minal to prevent an accidental short
circuit.

2 Unclip and remove the vents from the
left and right side of the factory radio
panel. (Figure A)

3 Remove (2) Phillips screws securing
the radio trim panel then unclip and
remove the panel. (Figure B)

4 Remove (4) Phillips screws securing
the radio chassis. Unplug and remove
the chassis. (Figure C)
